Now, this is just my personal theory, but given how it HAS happened in the past with an account who redistributed the official Genshin models, it has me wondering if this is in fact a real person or if it's Lyra using a secondary account to show herself some support. They are stealing from other people and have gone as far as putting at least one individual in FUCKING DEBT due to this vile choice of action. If anything, report EVERY upload as well as the account, then block them. They're reason for doing this, according to them in the comments chain on their page, is that the original creator of MMD stated that using MMD for profit is illegal and "no wonder he stopped updating it" when that's both misinformed and a cheap way to weasel out of their behavior.DO NOT download anything from their gallery. According to MMDKitsune-Fox, another of their many victims, they have an alternate name of retroanimediva.They have reuploaded works that they commissioned and then request chargebacks on EVERY SINGLE COMMISSION via paypal, therefore not only stealing the model parts but also stealing the money earned from the commission makers.
